What is advanced education?
The advanced canine education provides the guide with the necessary tools to have greater control over your dog in any situation. Basic education exercises basic education, adding challenges such as:
- Increased distance between the guide and the dog.
- Improved reaction speed before commands.
- Working with distractions to reinforce concentration.
- New canine skills useful for daily life
Who can access advanced education?
It is recommended that the dog and its handler have previously completed the basic education, since advanced exercises build on the foundations already learned. However, it is not a mandatory requirement.
At all times, the guide will actively participate in the process, and our team of dog trainers in Pontevedra will ensure that the guide dog pairing achieve the proposed objectives.
